Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup large flake oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried currants
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup coconut  
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed

Directions:

  • Put all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well (use your hands if you need too). You may need a bit more honey to hold it together. Chill
  • Press into a 8 X 8 inch pan, cut into 25 squares
  • Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
