Behind the Scenes: Studio 4 Segment

On Tuesday January 5, we had the opportunity to appear on Studio 4 and discuss low-gi eating and our cookbook with Fanny Keifer.

It was a wonderful opportunity for us to experience local TV at it's best, all of the staff at Studio 4 were courteous and helpful and we had a blast chatting with Fanny.
